At Wickman Inspection Services, we understand that buying or selling your home is one of the most important decisions that a family has to make.  Whether you are buying or selling a home your family will live in, or a transaction on an investment property we can provide beneficial information to help you make the best decision.  I do not perform 1 hour inspections, a high quality home inspection is what I produce in 3-5 hours minimum including onsite report generation.  Onsite time can be shortened if you chose to have reports delivered via e-mail.

Our home inspection process will provide you with the opportunity to learn and discover potential defects and gain insight on particular questions that you may have concerning the home.  I am licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission(TREC), certified by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors(NACHI), and I meet or exceed their Standards of Practice.

You can expect an impartial, thorough, objective evaluation while we provide you with the tools of insight before, during, and after your decision.  In most cases my reports are electronically generated and printed onsite including digital pictures.

High tech diagnostic equipment is utilized when needed including:  Electronic gas leak detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, various digital electrical test instruments, and Digital Leveling System's electronic water level.
